Survival gaat verder in White Pine Bay voor familie Bates. Normans lerares miss Watson wordt vermoord en Norman "Blackout" die avond. Financieël ziet het ook niet goed uit met de aanleg van een nieuwe rondweg in het vooruitzicht die niet langs Bates Motel komt. Duitere klanten uit Norma's verleden duiken op die iets met Dylan, Norman's halfbroer hebben te maken.....
