Rob Nightingale is a 34 year old who has been thieving for the past five years. He shamelessly targets easy hits and will steal anything he can lay his hands on. In just one year alone, he reckons he has stolen valuables worth around 100,000. 

Cities across Europe are plagued by armies of petty thieves who rob tourists and locals without a second thought. They are after wallets, bags and mobile phones. In London alone, a mobile phone is stolen every four minutes. Pickpocketing and snatching is an area of crime dominated by one group more than all others. 

We meet Romanian gangs operating in Liverpool and London and discover the tricks of their trade, as well as following the money back to Romania to discover how they and others like them spend their ill gotten gains.
