Deze westernserie draaide 14 seizoenen. (1959-1973) Er werden in totaal 435 afleveringen gemaakt. Deze rouleren als AVI-bestanden op usenet. Ondertiteling ontbreekt. 

Van seizoen 1 t/m 7 (235 afleveringen) heb ik Engelstalige versies gevonden en daar (per vijf of zes afleveringen in een simpel menuutje) een DVD van gemaakt. Een cover zit er ook bij. 
Seizoen 8 t/m 14 (200 afleveringen) is alleen Duits gesproken.

Let op: er is dus GEEN Nederlandse ondertiteling!!!

Angered that his longtime friend, Ben Cartwright, would ask him to retire into easier work after 50 years of wrangling, aging ranch-hand Dan Tolliver falls in with two disgruntled drifters who plan to rob the Ponderosa payroll.  
  
Season 8, Episode 4: The Pursued: Part 1

The Cartwrights head to Beehive, Nevada to purchase horses from a Mormon rancher named Herb Clausen. Herb is not welcomed in the area by the Christians because of his religious practices and because he has two wives. Joe helps the Clausen's escape after they are burned out of their home and head to the desert, along with one of Clausen's wives who is near to giving birth. 

Season 8, Episode 5: The Pursued: Part 2

As the persecuted party awaits Ben and Hoss' return, Herber is shot and killed. Joe retaliates and shoots Herber's assassin. 

Season 8, Episode 6: To Bloom for Thee

Hoss is unaware that his fiancée is a troubled woman with a hidden, dark past.
