Post Description
Folk, World, Fado
Aldina Duarte creates a new poetic and thematic language for her fado, with an album written by Capicua - "Metde-Metade".
The sorrow ceases to be the central theme, giving way to a wider world of affections, other loves: music, poetry, books, nature, the passage of testimony, the affective heritage, community sharing, what makes us people. An intense praise to life, to the music of words, to the silence where Melody and rhythm build unique sonorities that only fado has, through the instruments and arrangements that serve the voice of the artist's unique poetry and interpretation.
