The Exes revolves around three divorced men, ladies man Phil , homebody Haskell and newly single and needy Stuart. 

The men live together in an apartment across the hall from their divorce attorney, Holly, who also happens to be their landlord. 

Holly avoids her own relationship and commitment issues by becoming immersed in the men,s affairs as they put their lives back together and return to the dating scene.

While the current ruleset does allow for channels to be removed for error correction we do NOT believe it was intended in this way, to strip away five channels? What? Why?

We believe REMARKABLE is in breach of the ruleset,
Must be original source audio, AC3 if available. Transcoding audio that is already in a consumer grade format (AAC, AC3, MP2, etc.) is banned.
REMARKABLE must be transcoding audio to wav in order to attempt to fix recent sync issues they,ve been having, this banned under the ruleset.

Perhaps a nuker could request a source sample and follow up on our suspicions, compare the ac3 found in this release(Or another they,ve done) to the ac3 from the source sample and you should be able to spot transcoding.
Also please take note that Kirstie.S01E04.720p.HDTV.x264-REMARKABLE is six channel audio as it should be, and that show aired on the same station directly after The Exes so it,s likely from the same recording. Why is that one ok, but this one isn,t?

In the meantime here,s our release with proper audio and all round better quality encoding. We will continue to internal/proper groups like this...
