Rascal Flatts is een Amerikaanse countryrockband die in 1999 is opgericht in Columbus, Ohio. Sinds de oprichting van Rascal Flatts bestaat de band nog uit de originele bezetting. Rascal Flatts heeft zes studioalbums uitgebracht en een greatest hits-album, alle uitgebrachte albums zijn door Lyric Street uitgegeven. Rascal Flatts heeft al 24 singles uitgebracht die in de Billboard Hot Country Songs terechtkwamen, 10 van die singles hebben al eens als nummer 1 in de Billboard Hot Country Songs-lijsten gestaan.

'Rewind' is the ninth studio album by American country music group Rascal Flatts. It was released on digital retailers on May 13, 2014 via Big Machine Records. The album comes preceded by the lead single and album's title track 'Rewind', released on January 14.

The band confirmed a new track called 'Compass', also included as part of the upcoming Christian drama film 'Heaven Is for Real', directed by Randall Wallace, and based on a 2010 book with the same name by Pastor Todd Burpo and Lynn Vincent.
