RELEASE NOTES: Our Oct.8th ep release was initially labeled S01E01 but later
discovered the Sneak Peek ep was not the premiere ep so we dirfix,d it to be
labeled s01e00. We were going to release the oct.15th ep as S01E01 since it
does have Premiere logo on the picture, but another team had already released
their copy as S01E02. SpikeTV website is of no help to verify this so we are
going with TV Guide and the providers guide which have Bullet Catch listed as
S01E02.
