And sometimes they scare the ones you love. When the neighborhood has literally gone to the dogs, someone needs to pick up the phone and dial Cesar 911! 


Each week, Cesar travels to a new neighborhood in desperate need of his help. He is summoned by co workers, relatives, friends and neighbors who blow the whistle on a four legged menace that has turned their lives upside down. Cesar witnesses firsthand how the dogs wreak havoc on the community sidewalk, dog parks even restaurants and offices!
