Aw! Shucks is one of Nappy Brown's most uninspired efforts. Out of the nine songs, only one was written by Brown; the remaining eight were written by various songwriters, including members of the Ichiban staff. None of the songs are engaging and they're made even worse by flat, uninspired performances. The musicians may be accomplished professionals, but they can't breathe life into any of these songs.
