Castle is an American comedy-drama television series broadcast on ABC and produced by ABC Studios. Castle premiered on March 9, 2009, and the final episode of the second season aired on May 17, 2010. The show was renewed for a third season with a 22 episode order that began on Monday, September 20, 2010.[1] This episode order was extended to 24 episodes on Thursday, November 11, 2010.[2] On January 10, 2011, Castle was renewed for a fourth season.[3]
