Hua Mulan is a heroine who joined an all-male army, described in a famous Chinese poem known as the Ballad of Mulan. The poem was first written in the Musical Records of Old and New from the 6th century, the century before the founding of the Tang Dynasty; the original work no longer exists, and the original text of this poem comes from another work known as the Music Bureau Collection, an anthology of lyrics, songs, and poems, compiled by Guo Maoqian during the 12th century. The author explicitly mentions the Musical Records of Old and New as his source for the poem. Whether she was a historical person or whether the poem was an allegory has been debated for centuries—it is unknown whether the story has any factual basis.

I'm not an expert on customsubbing dvd's but because I like this movie very much I'd thought I give it a try. 
As a source a Chinese retail with DD 5.1 and DTS was used (downloaded from usnet....all credits go to Mr.X) but it has only Chinese subtitles.
Luckily I was able to find the English subs from another release and was able to ad them to this dvd.

The extra's on the disc are:
1-Musical Score (13 songs) that you can play.
2-Some scenes from the movie.
3-Music Video.

Some other releases had some isues with a fluent framerate (in panning scenes a stutter could be seen).
This release has no problems in that area.

Important:
English subs can be selected by using the "subtitle"  button on your remote.
Or choose the correct option in your softwareplayer if you play this on your PC!!!!!
The English subs cannot be selected from the menu!!!
