Post Description

PS3 Gamezplorer v1 0 BETA Elotrolado

This tool basically allows you to manage PS3 backups on
your external (or internal) drive(s).

- Fix incorrect directory names
- View the PARM.SFO and make changes (to enable remote play for example)
- It can set the thumbnail size (default is 320 pixels images)
- It can set you want to see as title, the game ID or full name
- View files as the bottom side HD
- Connect via FTP to explore the inner disk of the console

Even thought to put a rating for games to be stored on a server
so that people can see æyour backupsÆ which are the best recognized

Update û 13/09 û First version available:

- Allows you to scan any hard disk
- 3 display modes
- Displays the file PARAM.SFO (still can not change anything)
- Shows what occupies each game

+-----------------------------------------------------------------+

This app assumes that the directory containing the games will
be in a GAMEZ directory off of the root of one of your hard
drives. For me I have my GAMEZ in a deeper subdirectory on my
local disk (D:\PS3\GAMEZ) so they aren't found by the tool.
If like me you would prefer to leave the local HDD copies of
your backups where they are, you can use the 'subst' command
from a command prompt to slove this.

What I did was open a command shell and type 'subst P: D:\PS3'
and then when I relaunched Gamezplorer it found the backups at
the P:\Gamez virtual drive.
