Marina Raye was born in Africa where she spent her first ten years. It was in the Congo that she developed her deep love for music and for the Earth. What makes Marina's music so special is its deeply emotive quality which celebrates the essence of peace and harmony. The uniqueness of Marina's original flute compositions has earned her the description, "The Feminine Voice of the Native Flute." 
Marina's music is used by many in the healingprofessions to invoke a state of tranquility and a sense of closeness to nature.

The third track, "Wonderment," celebrates the exquisite beauty of the natural world with Raye's celebratory flute melody surrounded by the sounds of mourning doves, wood thrush and a gentle stream.
