Cement Heads introduces us to lifelong Westchester resident Billy Lougheed, owner of Eastchester-based WJL Equities. Viewers will also get to know his wife and business partner Danielle Buenaventura. The couple, who have two children together, currently live in New Rochelle.

The show will give us a glimpse of the family's life at home as well as their busy days running their large business in two separate offices. Throw in Billy's best friend Joe "Chubby" Luciano, his bossy dad Bill Sr, and his "risque" mom Joan.
