Dino, Desi & Billy - The Rebel Kind (The Best Of)



Rebel Kind: The Best of Dino, Desi & Billy contains 20 songs from Dino, Desi & Billy's 1964-1970 Reprise recordings, wisely concentrating on their singles (as their albums were overpopulated with covers of familiar hits). The set list includes "The Rebel Kind," "I'm a Fool," and several smaller hits and non-hits, some of which were never released on album. There are extensive liner notes by the Smithereens' Dennis Diken, and Beach Boys fans may want to note the presence of the 1970 non-LP single "Lady Love," written by Brian Wilson and Billy Hinsche.
