Post Description

Modern Marvels is a documentary television series that premiered on January 1, 1995 on History. The program features a run down on how technologies affect and are used in today"s society.

Since its debut in 1995, Modern Marvels has produced over 500 episodes covering various topics involving (to list a few) science, technology, electronics, mechanics, engineering, architecture, industry, mass production, manufacturing, and agriculture. Part of the appeal of Modern Marvels and the reason the show has been on the air for this long is the fact that it covers a wide range of subjects. Unlike most other science and technology shows,[citation needed] Modern Marvels focuses a significant portion of the episode on the history of the subject.

With extensive features on Cold War icons like the U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird, as well as a visit to Lockheed"s famed "skunkworks," this is the ultimate profile of the ultimate flying machines.
