Part of a relatively obscure West Coast blues scene based in Riverdale, California, in the late 1960s, the Dirty Blues Band played straightforward, lovingly attentive, and competently rendered electric blues. Of particular note to collectors is the presence of Glenn Ross Campbell, who, following a move to the U. Dirty Blues Band/Stone Dirt album K., would found the Misunderstood and later Juicy Lucy.
