Spandau Ballet was een Britse popgroep 
opgericht in Islington, Londen, die in de jaren 80, 
hits scoorde als True, Gold en Through the Barricades. 
Spandau gold destijds als een van de kopstukken van, 
de New romantic-scene en werd nog jaren achtervolgd door dit beeld.
