Mooi alternatieve firmware voor de ACRyan PlayonHD!! mediaspeler.
Installatie uiteraard op eigen risico.
Ik heb hem zelf draaien en vind het perfect.
Vooral de movie wall is erg handy.

Zag ff geen andere plek om hem neer te zetten

NEW FEATURES:
MOVIEWALL:
- Customize View Style. 2x6, 2x7, 3x8 covers or List View
- Press "INFO" to search by first letter
- In List View you can also navigate by pressing "LEFT" (return) and "RIGHT" (enter)
- press "DOWN" on last item on page to jump to next page
- press "UP" on first item, you jump to previous page (or use next/prev button as usual)
- In List View 2 you can jump to previous/next page by pressing "LEFT" or "RIGHT"
- Now you also can listen to MUSIC in Moviewall! After starting track, just press "INFO" button to see track
details.
- You can use the GO-TO feature on music tracks now! You can use FFWD button to make music play faster
(up to 2x)
RSS:
- Weather, Picasa, Flickr and News are available.
- Mede8er does not support video stream, so i did not concentrate on RSS
- Picasa can only display public pictures!
AUTOSTART:
- You can select a source to Autostart after bootup. You can choose between HDD, USB, NAS and
MOVIEWALL
SLEEP TIMER:
- You can set mede8er to shut down after 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. After selecting a time press
"RETURN". Use the KILL TIMER function to disable shutdown.
SKINS:
- To use custom Skins, copy the "Resource" folder to root of HDD or USB
- You can choose between Original, Simple or Custom Skin
- Under Resource/Theme you find a folder called "Custom". You can put your own skin or single bmps in there
and install them easily. (bmps have to be in 16bit R5G6B5 format, use gimp or photoshop to do that)
RESTORE:
- You can use Mede8er.cfg from original V4.04 on the MOD FW. If you save configuration (Mede8er.cfg) with
this MOD FW the current skin, autostart and moviewall settings will also be saved. Don`t worry if it takes a
while. The Mede8er.cfg from MOD FW will not work on original V4.04 FW!
INSTALLATION:
- Copy install.img on usb-stick
- Press power button for 10sec with usb-stick connected
- If you want to restore configuration (Mede8er.cfg from original v4.04) do this immediately after installation
finished. Do not reboot between this! or you have to flash install.img again!
- Activate "REMOTE CONTROL" in network settings
HOW TO:
- Open Moviewall and press "MENU" button. Then enter settings to change skin, moviewall..
