Sector Sarajevo is the untold story of Canada,s deadly mission in a city under siege. 

In summer 1992, the Yugoslav city of Sarajevo descends into a living hell. Torn by civil war, it becomes a killing zone for three years, with thousands of its citizens killed. Canadian soldiers are sent in as the spearhead of a UN peacekeeping mission but in Sarajevo, there,s no peace to keep. 

Outgunned, they manage to secure the airport and bring in aid to the starving city.  But in a nightmare situation, they break the rules and use deadly force to confront warlords and kill snipers.  When the Canadians return home, they keep quiet and pay a personal price.  

This is the inside story of a small group of men doing their duty in the midst of madness. And for the first time, key players from grunts to generals tell their story in their own words.
