Fixed an issue that prevented Dun Morogh 5-8 from being suggested sometimes.

[H] Leveling
Fixed an issue with "The Scent of Blood" in Dread Waste.

[Popups]
Fixed an error for Auto Equip users that stopped the Quest Items from being suggested.
Popups should no longer appear on top of each other, instead if multiple popups need displayed they will show up one at a time.
