This music really de-stresses you. The tracks flows seamlessly one into the next resulting in a musical wholeness completely satisfying. Just hearing the opening puts me right into the serene frame of mind I need to meditate or do Reiki. This is a great CD. It's very easy to listen to over and over again, and indeed is quite relaxing. Really helps to fall asleep too. This is really beautiful transcendent music that I never tire of listening to.
