Mathieulh with a lil somethin’ somethin’ for your Windows PC: it’s a PS3 & PSP PKG Decrypter Extractor. Don’t get it twisted though — this is for PS3 and PSP (and mixed) game packages, like those you’d find on PSN — not firmware/system packages. And this decrypts/unsigns — it does not encrypt/sign PKGs. I quote from README.txt:

NO, when this application was written, the main concern was about packages decryption, so that part was kinda skipped, however it is trivial to do the reverse operation, remember, sources are supplied.

You’ll find the executable in the “PSP PS3 PKG Decrypter_Extractor/bin/Release” directory. Source code included.

That said, lets make this interesting: The first person to deliver a similar app, compiled for Windows or Mac, with instructions & source included, which does the opposite, it signs/encrypts pkgs for install without jailbreak. I believe that’s possible with the keys we have. So send us that (to hacks @ ps3 dashhacks … you get it) and if it works we’ll send you $300 quick ones. Gotta give back. P.S. Include the Dashhacks logo and maybe I’ll spice the deal up a bit. ;)
