This CD has relaxing spa music. It is good just to listen to, or to listen to while having a bubble bath, a foot soak, or a massage. This music is good-quality and soothing. For someone like myself who has been diagnosed with hypertension, this type of relaxing music would probably be good for that. And even those who do not have hypertension - anybody could use relaxation in today's world of stress and tension. I highly recommend this CD. And some vanilla and lavender bath beads sound good, too.
