Emmy Award-winning founder David E. Kelley brings his unique storytelling 
to "Harry's Law", a series about destiny and the people it brings together, 
starring Harriet (Kathy Bates), Matthew (Ben Chaplin) and Malcolm (Aml Ameen), 
each could not be any more different. Harriet is a curmudgeonly ex-patent 
attorney at law who, having just fired from her cushy work, is totally frustrated 
with her success and looking for a fresh start. Her world suddenly collides along 
with Malcolm's -- a younger man attempting to figure out life. When he finds out 
Harriet is an lawyer, he begs to her to represent him in an approaching felony 
court case. Matthew, a dreamer at heart and also lately fired from his job as a 
high school instructor, is introduced to Harriet through Malcolm, a prior high 
school student of his. When these three cross paths, they realize they're all 
looking for a fresh start. Now, the most unlikely of individuals are beginning 
a law practice in the most unlikely of locations -- a lowdown shoe shop.
