The one hour special, hosted by meteorologist Jim Cantore, will provide an in depth look at the Colorado flooding and the people impacted by the disaster. Experts will provide analysis on why the floods happened so quickly and what caused the flooding. 

Locals in the Rocky Mountain towns that were most affected by the floodwaters will give their first hand accounts of what it was like to watch the water rise and see their homes swept away.
