We've added english subtitles for foreign parts as text

Although the region A bluray has hardcoded subs in
the video stream, that doesn't mean that the x264
should also have them, if you can do without it.
We tag proper because our video stream doesn't have
them, according to the rules. It just means our source
is better than METiS source.
