Deel 52 van reeks van 60 DVD's (in AVI (DivX) formaat over sterrenkunde en ruimtevaart. Deze DVD's werden uitgebracht door Deagostini en bevatten vooral documentaires van Discovery Channel over de verkenning van de ruimte, het zonnestelsel en het heelal. Nederlands gesproken en Nederlandse ondertiteld! DVD 52 gaat over: Extreem grote Ruimtemachines. Het International Space Station (ISS) is het grootste bouwproject dat ooit door mensen is ondernomen. Het is ook het meest risicovolle project, omdat het een testcase is voor de nieuwste technologie en voor de astronauten die het moeten bedienen.
