In de eerste aflevering wordt afgerekend met de Belgische equivalent van T-Mobile: Mobistar, ook zo’n telecombedrijf dat de helpdesk inzet als afschrikmiddel. De jongens van Neveneffecten, die niet terugschrikken voor effectieve humor, nemen op gepaste wijze wraak.
