Duvar is the last film of Yilmaz Guney. It was made in France under very bad conditions. But it is successful on describing the violence in prison without being too much 'political'. It's a striking movie, which nobody could stay indifferent to it. Duvar is de laatste film van Yilmaz Guney. Het werd gemaakt in Frankrijk onder zeer slechte omstandigheden. Maar het is succesvol op het beschrijven van het geweld in de gevangenis zonder te veel 'politiek'. Het is een opvallende film, waar niemand onverschillig kan blijven.
