Description
Storyline: Ten years old Cemil Halil Ibrahim Aras runs away from his stepfather who tortures him and his mother and ends up in Istanbul. Veli Firat Tanis, the leader of a gang which Cemil takes refuge in Haydarpasa, tries to send him back to his home by putting his pocket money. While the gang gather money for Cemil, they, at the same time, suffer from harsh living conditions. In the mean time Cemil's mother Münevver Nur Sürer comes to Istanbul in the hope of finding her son. Verhaallijn: Tien jaar oud Cemil Halil Ibrahim Aras loopt weg van zijn stiefvader, die martelt hem en zijn moeder en belandt in Istanbul. Veli Firat Tanis, de leider van een bende die hun toevlucht Cemil neemt in Haydarpasa, probeert hem terug te sturen naar zijn huis door zijn zakgeld. Terwijl de bende geld in te zamelen voor het Cemil, zij, op hetzelfde moment, last van harde levensomstandigheden. In de tussentijd Cemil's moeder Münevver Nur zekerder komt naar Istanbul in de hoop op het vinden van haar zoon.
