#Waar ging het nu ook alweer over ? De aanleg van de transcontinentale spoorweg ligt al een tijdje stil in Dead Ox Gulch. Al Lucky Luke zich ermee gaat bemoeien komt de aanleg weer op gang. Lucky Luke wordt door de spoorwegmaatschappij aangesteld om de verdere aanleg te leiden.
