Description
Plot Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical "Meet the exception to the rules." Het nieuwsgierige en slimme meisje Matilda Wormwood heeft een levendige fantasie. Ze heeft het echter niet getroffen met haar ouders, maar verslindt boeken als tijdverdrijf. Door haar juf wordt ze aangespoord om haar eigen verhalen tot leven te brengen. Wanneer Matilda op Crunchem Hall wordt toegelaten, ontdekt ze al snel dat de school geleid wordt door de gemene Miss Trunchbull. Gelukkig kan Matilda rekenen op haar nieuwe schoolvrienden, Miss Honey en de bibliothecaresse Mrs. Phelps. Maar Matilda laat het onrecht niet zomaar gebeuren en wil Trunchbull een lesje leren.
