Plot Timon & Pumbaa De serie is gebaseerd op de Disneyfilm 'The Lion King'. Centraal staan twee personages uit die bioscoopfilm, namelijk het stokstaartje Timon en het knobbelzwijn Pumbaa. Soms komen ook enkele personages uit de films in de serie voor, waaronder Rafiki en Simba.
